Management of Inflows and Outflows

Avoid crowds and gatherings at the school gates. Does your school have several access doors? Define which group will use which door: Door A for the group with orange wristbands, door B for the group with blue wristbands and so on. Don’t have enough entry points? Define arrival and departure times for each color group. Wearing the wristbands or badge will allow everyone to identify their group easily and thus prevent risks.

Floor Management

By creating different groups of students, you can also better manage the rooms they will occupy, limit their access and control the number of people present in correlation with the infrastructure and square metres available. In this way, you can easily enforce the respect of distances and avoid inter-group contamination.

• Classes 1 and 2 could thus be reserved for the green group, while classes 10 and 11 will be dedicated to the red group.
• The lunch area will be accessible to the blue group from 12:00 to 12:30, while the orange group will have access from 1:00 to 1:30.
• The same could apply to the recreation and garderie/after schools areas.
• Sanitary facilities may also be assigned to one group only, so the toilets near classes 1 and 2 would be reserved for the green group.
