What are the conditions for becoming a reseller?

To become a reseller, you must be a professional (business) generally operating in the promotional products, events, security, or identification solutions sectors. Registration requires creating a professional account which will be validated by the PDC sales team.

Are there registration fees or a minimum annual order?

Creating your account is entirely free, and there is no minimum annual order requirement.

What are the delivery times for my clients?

One of our greatest strengths is responsiveness:

Can I have orders delivered directly to my clients via white-label shipping?

Yes, it is possible to have orders delivered directly to your client with a neutral delivery note. To strengthen your brand image, we can also include your own delivery note in your packages. Simply send us your document via email after placing the order.

How do I obtain reseller pricing?

The prices displayed on the website are not those applied to partners. Once your reseller account is validated, you will have access to preferential rates calculated directly in your cart.

What types of marketing materials are available to me?

PDC offers a resource library including:

• High-definition product visuals.
• Detailed technical data sheets.
• Neutral PDF catalogs (without the PDC logo) that you can send to your own prospects.

Who do I contact in case of a technical or logistical issue?

Each reseller benefits from a dedicated account manager. Unlike a standard automated platform, you have a direct human contact to manage your specific requests, complex quotes, or any questions you may have.
